Designation : HR Recruiter
Shifts - Day Shifts
Timings : 9:30 AM - 7 PM
Work Location : Secunderabad
Immediate Joining
Basic Qualification : 10+2/ 10+3/ Graduate/ Post- Graduate.
Salary - Fresher - 13k take home
Experience - Need Minimum 1 year of HR Recruiter along with experience documents
(Hike will be given based on last drawn ctc )
Job Description: • Making calls to applicants & get their initial screening done
• Understanding the requirements and providing them relevant profiles.
• Sourcing profiles from different channels (Naukri, Monster, Shine and Times Job)
• Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like references, head hunting, advertisements, job portals, database etc to fill the budgeted vacancies / replacements and stimulate them to apply for the jobs.
• Maintain a professional relationship with candidates, gathering references from candidates.
• Maintain candidate details in a tracker
