Morning Shift
Responsibilities: • Sales and Relationship Building: Leverage your sales experience to effectively promote and sell mortgage products. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to generate new business opportunities
• Market Research: Stay informed about current market trends, interest rates, and industry developments to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information. Conduct research to identify suitable loan products for various client scenarios
• Documentation and Compliance: Guide clients through the documentation process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the application process
• Client Education: Educate clients on mortgage terms, conditions, and potential risks, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their financial commitments
• Problem Resolution: Address any concerns or issues that may arise during the loan application process, working closely with clients and relevant stakeholders to find timely and effective solutions
Qualifications: • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
• Proven sales experience, specifically in mortgage products
• Strong understanding of financial markets, mortgages, and regulations
• Results-driven with a focus on meeting sales targets
