About the Role: Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive at GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited you will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue and expanding the companys customer base. Your responsibilities will include generating leads building relationships with clients and achieving sales targets. We have outlined key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide your performance in this role.
Functional Parameters:
Target: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Target: Generate a minimum of 20 new leads per week through various channels such as cold calling email campaigns and networking.
Target: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Target: Acquire indepth knowledge of all products offered by GRE Renew Enertech to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
Target: Conduct regular market research to identify potential customers industry trends and competitor activities.
Target: Manage and update the sales pipeline regularly to track progress and prioritize opportunities.
Target: Prepare accurate and compelling proposals and quotations in response to client inquiries and requests.
Target: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
Target: Submit weekly and monthly sales reports detailing activities achievements and challenges encountered.
Target: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly and providing excellent pre and postsales support.
