Job Title: Insight Presales Specialist (Night Shift)

Job Description: We are seeking an outstanding individual with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to join our team as an Insight Presales Specialist. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who excels in approaching clients in various industries, including Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Technology. The primary responsibility will be to acquire new staffing business for the company by leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, generating leads, scheduling meetings, and effectively communicating with key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: Utilize exceptional communication skills to approach potential clients in Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Technology sectors. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new staffing business, focusing on generating leads and scheduling meetings with key stakeholders. Collaborate with the management team to create and implement effective game plans and strategies to achieve business objectives. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and exceed client expectations. Stay updated on the latest market developments and continuously improve knowledge and skills to drive business success. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements to the management team.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years Proven experience in sales, presales, or business development roles, particularly in the staffing or recruitment industry. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other digital platforms for lead generation and client engagement. Knowledge of the Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Technology industries is highly desirable.
