Client Relationship Manager (USA)
Azent Overseas Education is India's leading overseas education advisory firm, founded by Mr. Atul Nishar (Founder & Chairman Emeritus Hexaware Technologies and Aptech) & Ms. Priyanka Nishar (Founder & Vice-Chairperson, Azent Overseas Education). With a strong presence in 8 cities across India, we provide end-to-end support for students' admissions process to 1500+ universities abroad. Role Description This a full-time on-site role as a Manager of Client Relations & Training at our Gurugram location. The role involves managing client relationships, conducting training sessions for team members, and ensuring excellent customer service for our clients. The Manager will oversee a team of Client Relations & Training associates and work closely with other teams to optimize processes and procedures. Required Skills & KRA: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in client relationship management in oveseas education Experience in conducting training sessions and managing a team is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Minimum 7-8 years of Experience in the overseas education industry is a must preferably in a similar role.
