Job description
The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of experience and will be responsible for in-house legal matters including drafting power purchase agreements, engineering contracts and EPC agreements.
Responsibilities 1. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating client contracts, joint venture/teaming arrangements/alliances and corporate structures. 2.
