Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Shopify Backend Developer to join our team at Hopiant Private Limited. As a Shopify agency, we focus on collaborative teamwork and strive for excellence in our work. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend of Shopify websites, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal performance. This is a full-time position with a 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Surat, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Shopify Backend Developer
• Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and Ajax
• Familiarity with liquid coding
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the backend functionality of Shopify websites
• Optimize website performance and ensure smooth functionality
• Collaborate with the frontend development team to integrate user-facing elements
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs or issues related to the backend
• Implement new features and functionalities based on client requirements
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Work closely with the design and UX teams to implement responsive designs
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in Shopify development
