We're Looking For:
A dynamic Business Development Manager / Sales and Marketing Manager with a proven track record in sales and marketing within the IT and software services sector. The ideal candidate will be adept at strategic planning, team leadership, and innovative sales strategies, including digital outreach and LinkedIn automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and develop business strategies for market penetration and client segmentation.
- Sales Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Advanced Sales Strategies: Implement modern sales strategies, including cold email campaigns and LinkedIn automation, to enhance lead generation and client engagement.
- Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients using innovative outreach strategies, develop compelling proposals, and close deals to expand our client base.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to create strategies that boost brand visibility and support sales efforts.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze market feedback, and provide insights to optimize business strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales and marketing, preferably in the software development or IT services industry.
- Proficiency in modern sales techniques, including digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in team management.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
