Role : Telecaller/Telemarketer-Home Health Care Location

- Punjabi , Hindi, English Qualification : Graduation/ Background in healthcare related education will be preferred Experience : 2-5 Years Minimum Gender : Male/Female No. of Positions : 2 Salary : INR 20000/- to 30000/- per month Shift System

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sales Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential clients and convert leads into sales. - Develop a new client base for the organization. - Handle inbound calls efficiently and convert them into sales.

2. Appointment Scheduling: - Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner. - Enter accurate demographic information into the CRM system. - Schedule appointments accurately, ensuring all necessary details are communicated. - Provide appointment reminders and necessary instructions to clients.

3. Client Liaison: - Direct calls to appropriate departments as needed. - Handle calls with empathy and escalate issues when required.

4. Patient Service: - Make reminder calls and assist in appointment rescheduling. - Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Graduate or equivalent, healthcare certification preferred. - 1 year of customer service experience in a clinical or related environment. - Proficiency in English and Hindi (verbal and written).

Preferred Traits:

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Excellent telephone communication skills. - Ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. - Strong multitasking abilities. - Sound judgment in handling various situations. - Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
