Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day activities related to customer service, sales, training, and sales management. The role requires a dynamic individual who can build relationships with customers and help drive the company's sales objectives.

• Experience in the spice extract industry
• Capable of creating sales strategies and targets for market development
• Have experience in handling customers in the northern market

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs to sales teams
• Strong sales management skills and experience
• Experience with CRM software and/or other sales and marketing tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the industry of specialty ingredients is a plus
• Ability to understand technical product information and articulate their benefits to customers
