Job description
4 to 8 years of experience Strong technical accounting / US GAAP skills Preparation of financials statements Build excellent internal and cross functional relationships across the organization Maintain and update of internal accounting policies Basic understanding on preparing SEC reporting documents (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K)
Essential Responsibilities:
Support senior finance management with accounting policy development Evaluate and present technical accounting matters and resolve queries Deliver USGAAP training Analyse, document and implement revised leasing and revenue recognition standards Technical evaluation of accounting and proposed transactions across the organization under US GAAP Assist with research and preparation of technical accounting memos Collaborate with the general accounting team to prepare corporate financial reporting for internal analysis and external SEC filings Analyse and document the impact of revised standards on internal accounting policies
Certifications:
CA CPA preferred
