Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at GroundUp Coffee in Bengaluru. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food items, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe, providing exemplary customer service, and communicating efficiently with team members to ensure smooth operations of the cafe.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry
• Proficiency in food and beverage preparation
• Familiarity with coffee brewing equipment and techniques

Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
