Job Overview
Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce QA and performance testing
- Proficiency in J-Meter for performance testing
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform and its various modules
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute functional test cases, test scripts, and test plans to validate Salesforce applications and enhancements
- Perform performance testing using J-Meter to identify and resolve system bottlenecks and ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and quality standards
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide insights and recommendations for testability and quality improvement
- Identify and report software defects and track them to closure
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members
