Responsible for Inside Sales / Business Development Initiatives of the company. ✓ Revenue generation through sales of Spectrum IT training solutions. ✓ Prospecting, identifying and developing new corporate clients. ✓ Achieving target monthly, quarterly and yearly. ✓ To identify and create new business opportunities / grow and maintain existing customer accounts with a clear focus. ✓ Hunting and farming key accounts in assigned region. ✓ Sending quotation, negotiation, cold calling, fixing appointments, meeting with clients. Lead Generations and Follow-ups. ✓ Excellent communication skills
