Job Description

· Responsible for 24 /7 Command Center Operations. · Will have to play the role of Incident, Change and Problem Manager in an operative manner. · Responsible for following the Major Incident Management processes which includes setting war room and lead it until closure. · Monitoring events, alerts/alarms, and performance via dashboards (Splunk and other relevant tools) · React to events and alerts/alarms based on a set of rules. · Responsible for proactive communication on downtimes, maintenance etc. via the channel specified by Customer. · Dedicated On call support via helpdesk number. · Participation in Change Advisory Board and registration of changes · Uncover/detect potential problems, register and follow up problems based on incidents. · Creating and updating incident reports · Understanding the Application landscape and end to end value chain of the application. · Focus more on automation of day-to-day operations. · Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure as the services would be migrated to Azure in future.
