We are seeking a US IT Recruiter Trainee to join our team in Madhapur, Hyderabad
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process for our clients based in the United States
Your main duties will include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining candidate databases, updating job postings, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with candidates over the phone and email
A strong understanding of the US IT job market and recruitment processes is preferred but not required
