Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct and analyze market studies in terms of competition mapping, market intelligence, and market share
Strong team player and self-motivated. Have fire under belly to overachieve given self as well as team target.
Keen market insight to pre-empt market needs and develop and implement strategies for new products and services accordingly
Run complete sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines
Must have been exposed to B2C sales and concept sales with a keen sales and marketing acumen.
Personally, develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with Director & VP level executives at targeted firms. Specifically dealing with Chief Marketing Officers and Chief HR Officers will be an added advantage.
Succeed in a highly demanding environment and meet targets.
Managing relationship with existing clients and increasing revenue from existing clients
Increasing brand awareness amongst the prospects
Lead generation and Relationship building with prospects
3 years of experiences in EdTech Industry. Currently working as AM minimum 1 year.
