Job description
Acuity Knowledge Partners is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills to support the Rating Advisory team. The main role is to understand methodologies published by rating agencies like S&P, Moody’s, and Fitch and create models, templates etc as per the client's requirement. Candidate should have good knowledge of NBFCs, MSME and the Banking sector specifically. The position is based out of our Gurgaon office.
Key Points 5- Days working from the Pune Office Experience in Ratings, Credit Memo, macroeconomic analysis, industry and company overviews/ analysis, peer comparison, and presentations is a pre-requisite. Experiecnce-4+ Years Location-Pune Key Responsibilities Supporting the Rating Advisory team of a global investment bank in preparing rating presentations and rating models for submission to global ratings agencies Strong understanding of S&P, Moody's and Fitch rating methodologies and expertise in different financial adjustments as well as qualitative aspects, required for assigning ratings to companies and bond issuances. Well versed with the methodology used by rating agencies for Financial Institutions specifically NBFC's and Banks Understanding of different sectors including NBFC including MSME, Infrastructure, Transportation, TMT, Consumer, Industrials, Real Estate, Oil & Gas, and Banking Knowledge and hands on experience in preparing Information Memorandum, Credit Memo, macro-economic analysis, industry and company overviews/ analysis, peer comparison and presentations is a pre-requisite. Should also have expertise in preparation of financial models, cash flow models, forecast analysis and ratio analysis. Experience in leading a team and regular client interaction, structuring deliverables & developing efficient work processes! Required Background 4-6 years of experience in a Rating Agency or Rating Advisory team of a bank or boutique firm. Experience in below assignments will be required Rating Analysis/ credit assessment/ models/ presentations for Large Corporations NBFC's including MSME, Banking, Macro-economic, Industry, and Company overviews. Financial analysis including peer benchmarking and ratio analysis. Debt structure analysis Financial models including cash flow forecast models Should be well versed with Office 2010/2013: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point · Excellent written and spoken communication skills with extensive experience in Client handling Post-graduation in Finance or equivalent qualification mandatory Candidates can also directly mail the resume on [email protected]Job tags
