Job description
1.Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
2.Configure SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
3.Customize SAP HCM functionalities to meet specific client needs.
4.Provide expertise in data migration and integration between SAP HCM and other systems.
5.Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of SAP HCM solutions.
6.Provide end-user training and support during the implementation and post-go-live phases.
7.Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM trends, best practices, and technologies.
8.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
9.Participate in pre-sales activities such as proposal development and client presentations.
