Job Requirement
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, trade shows, and networking events.
- Manage the end-to-end process of campaign development, from concept creation to post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with Sale & Marketing team to develop marketing collateral and support material.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
- Travel within the assigned region to attend events, meetings, and customer visits as required.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing techniques including email marketing.
- Ability to analyze and interpret market research data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when necessary.
