Job Description:
ElectroRide is seeking dynamic and experienced Store Managers to oversee our flagship outlets located in Uttam Nagar and Kapashera, Delhi. The ideal candidates will be passionate about electric vehicles, customer-centric, and adept at leading a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and cleanliness.
- Sales Leadership: Lead a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs, providing coaching and support as needed.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing product information.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff to deliver excellent performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Marketing and Promotions: Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Financial Management: Monitor store expenses, budgets, and profitability, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the retail sector, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Sound knowledge of retail management practices, including inventory control and sales techniques.
- Familiarity with electric vehicles and sustainable mobility solutions is preferred.
- Any graduation degree from a recognized institution.
