What : This role is about training students for digital and e-commerce marketing while also practicing and implementing your digital marketing skills for building the brand Kraftshala.

What you will be doing:

Training (~80% of your time):

All members of the Kraftshala marketing team (including the co-founders) spend a substantial portion of their time training emerging talent

Marketing (20% of your time):

We generate thousands of applications every month, and your goal is to take them to tens of thousands, and in some time, hundreds of thousands.

To summarize:

The learnings that you’ll get through training, speaking to experts on the one hand and simplifying concepts for beginners on the other hand, will enable you to run better campaigns, which in turn will help you train better. This virtuous loop will help you become a kickass marketing professional.

What is the recruitment process:

As a small team (~65 folks), we must get to know each other before taking the leap. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation with us will last about 30-60 minutes. Typically the whole process takes between 5 - 15 business days depending on your and our schedules. The process will occur over online calls, so you don’t need to worry about travel.

  1. Setting Expectations: This will be a call to understand your profile briefly and share the details of the selection process.
  2. Technical conversation 1: This will be a conversation with our Co-Founder & Head of Academics wherein you can expect to be evaluated on the competencies needed for the job (mentioned above).
  3. Technical Exercise: This is a specific assessment designed to evaluate your fit for this role
  4. Technical conversation 2: This will be a detailed assessment review conversation to go over your submission for the technical exercise.
  5. Culture fit conversation: A conversation with our Founders & CEO to ensure that there is a fit with the Kraftshala Kode.
  6. Extending an offer: If all goes well, we will extend an offer that will mention the relevant details.
