Job description

1.

Need graduate candidate with 4-5 years’ experience in export merchandising. 2.

Attend to the customer and understand their requirements and offer our products & take orders. 3.

Coordinate with design team for new product development as per customer requirement. 4.

Sending the samples to the customers for approval and send approved orders to factory for production. 5.

Follow-up with the factory for production status and meeting delivery deadlines. 6.

Update order status and dispatch status to customers. 7.

Monitor customer’s payment status and do follow up for timely payments. 8.

Update customers feedback, comments to Management and concern teams
