Simcorp Dimension support Analyst - Lead Analyst

Position Description
Works entirely independently with no supervision as a self-initiator and applies knowledge of subject matter in Application Support. Possess in depth knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to address application issues and incidents.
4-6 Years in Simcorp Dimension support lead analyst with experience in production support, patch update, version upgrade and functional enhancements.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Work experience in tracking the work using tools like JIRA.
• Must have mentoring skills and guiding ability to help other members in the team.
• Should have good experience in incident management process and ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
• Good understanding and work experience in production support processes.
• Willingness to work in shifts/weekends as per business need.
• Very good functional knowledge in Wealth Management/Financial Services.
• Capable to lead a team of about 5 members.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 4-6 Yrs of experience
• Good to have knowledge in Oracle database and Exacc environment.
• Good to have Powershell and Python scripting knowledge.
• Good communication skills required to coordinate with different stake holders to understand and update the client requirements and issues.
• Should be able to take up complete ownership of the work.
