Job Description Senior Financial Accountant Manager
Work Experience:
3-7 Years work experience and should be from Hyderabad only
Minimum Tenure at current & past Jobs of 1.5 Years
Should be from Top 25 companies (Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, FMCG) and
Hands on experience in Tax filling etc.,
Education Qualifications:
CA related Certifications are Mandatory
Candidates should hold Bachelors / Masters from Top 100 Institutions (NIRF)
Roles, Tasks and Goals:
Maintaining proper accounting records
Assessing financial risks and suggesting preventive measures
Liaising with clients, business partners, auditors and vendors,
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensuring complete compliance with the state authorities
Investigating and rectifying any financial discrepancies
Conducting internal and external audits
Analyzing the companys financial systems and procedures
Preparing and forecasting budget reports
Preventing or suggesting ways to stop any fraudulent activities
Negotiating monetary terms with vendors
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the companys financial health and liquidity
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
