Role : Zonal Manager- Lending Experience : 15 to 20 years Product : Personal Loan (PL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) Location : Kolkata
Region : Zonal Manager will be based out of Kolkata and managing Jharkhand, Orissa, Part of West Bengal, Assam, North East Job Description : Achieve Profit Targets for the cluster of Branches in the Zone Achieving sales targets set for the region by ensuring 100% compliance. Handling a team of Sales, Credit and Operations. Staffing and grooming, team building, motivation, satisfaction and minimal attrition. Monitoring and evaluating performance of his existing and newly appointed team members. Also ensuring they are given a constructive feedback which sums up to the development and growth. Ensuring the delinquency ratio stays downbeat for his portfolio. Assessing training needs to accelerate his team’s performance. Ensuring market penetration is accomplished every month. Identifying upcoming markets and setting up operations in that market. Effective operations, team management and excellent relationship skills to be displayed. Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with product team. Key Responsibilities : Business Development Credit Administration Operations Management Client Servicing, Team Management Skills / Competencies Required : Graduate/MBA with 8-11 years of experience (5-8 yrs of relevant exp) Understanding of Financial Services Lending Business and its profit drivers Strong Inter-personal and leadership skills – ability to hire/train/motivate/retain large teams. Ability to drive and track profitability at unit and zonal level. Ability to set & manage targets/budgets. Ability to manage partnerships / sales channels.
