HR IT Recruiter-SAP
Job Description Role - IT Recruiter and HR Executive Work Mode - Work from Office Shift Day Shift (9 am to 6 pm IST) Key Responsibilities Write and publish job offers on various platforms; Search for candidates (US, Canada, UK, UAE, and India) through various sources; including passive channels and networking to find the best SAP candidates; Sort through received applications; Conduct screening interviews; Process background check data; Employee Onboard Process; Follow-up with consultants currently working on assignments. Qualifications 1 to 5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, especially SAP is an Asset. Mastery of written and spoken English; Excellent coordination and communication skills; Mastery of the MS Office Suite Word, Excel & Outlook, and general proficiency with computers; Must have a very developed sense of urgency; Ability to manage several files at the same time and identify priorities; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to establish good interpersonal relationships; Ability to work independently; Sound knowledge of social networks; Work Days & Time : Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm) Work Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Location Map: Venkoti Buildings, 202, Ayyappa Society, Near YSR Statue.
