For more information you can refer our official website: Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Karur for a Manager - Sales Administration - Industrial Products. The Manager - Sales Administration - Industrial Products will be responsible for managing and coordinating the sales administration function for industrial products, including managing the sales administration team, providing customer service, maintaining customer relationships, managing key accounts, managing sales orders and contracts, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring the timely delivery of customer orders. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales administration in the industrial products industry Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders Demonstrated ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience with MS Office and Salesforce, or other CRM software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyJob tags
