Job description
WALK - In Interview - 17th Feb 2024 || 10 AM - 4 PM || Property Auditor
Address :- No. 1190, 22nd Cross, HSR Layout, Sector 3 Bangalore, Karnataka India - 560102.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Checks: Conduct regular audits to ensure that all properties adhere to local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Quality Assurance: Assess the overall condition of properties, including cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of amenities, to maintain high standards of quality.
- Inventory Management: Verify the accuracy of inventory records and ensure that all essential items are available for residents to use.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of audit findings, including any discrepancies or areas for improvement, and communicate them effectively to the management team.
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Gather feedback from residents regarding their living experiences and incorporate relevant insights into audit processes to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaboration: Work closely with city and maintenance teams to address audit findings promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualification : Graduation
Experience : 0 - 2 years
Junior Auditor CTC: 3 LPA - 3.5 LPA
Senior Auditor CTC: 3.5 LPA - 4.5 LPA
Note -
- Travel allowances are given
- Two-wheeler mandatory
- Shift timing - 1 pm to 10 pm
- Week off - Only on weekdays
