Manage the TM team to drive the multi-pronged strategy of Market Consolidation, Market Share Growth Driving Scientific Superiority.
This would also include managing key customer relationships along with the acquisition and customer experience teams, creating a commercial excellence culture, and transferring learning and successful programmes across the Area.
