Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team at Rankmantra. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality videos for various platforms. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of video production and editing principles
- Knowledge of trendy sounds, transitions, and visual effects
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and time management skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished video product
- Ensure consistency and enhance videos with appropriate music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards
- Manage and organize video assets, including archiving and file management
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques in video editing
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to create video content for social media platforms
- Ensure timely delivery of video projects while maintaining high-quality standards
