Role And Responsibilities As a Quotation Executive at Kezan Consulting, your main responsibility will be to prepare quotation comparison statements. You will also need to follow up with RM's for given quotations and have knowledge about handling portals for quotation purposes. Quick response and client follow-ups through mail drafting are essential for this role. You will be responsible for taking sales inquiries, preparing MIS reports, and having a good understanding of checking quotations and rates. Additionally, you should have knowledge of health and motor quotation processes and be capable of generating payment links for quotations. Candidate Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in the HR services industry, would be advantageous. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively interacting with clients and internal teams.
