Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Assist in the sourcing and screening of potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinating: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Candidate Engagement: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, with timely communication and feedback.
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the employer brand of The Golden Rise to attract top talent.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system and other HR databases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- No prior experience required. Freshers are welcome to apply.
