Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for SMT - Mounting Engineers located in Bawal, Rewari, Haryana. The SMT-Mounting Engineer will be responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, and improving the SMT process. Additionally, this role will require analyzing and optimizing SMT production lines, performing equipment maintenance, and providing technical support to production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience of 3+ years in SMT process, machine setup, and maintenance
• Knowledge of Flexa Operating System and various machine controllers
• Experience in handling of Fuji NXT III Machine and trouble shooting of the same
• Ability to analyze and optimize SMT production lines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field
• Certifications in SMT or related field are a plus
