Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fashion Consultant at one of our retail locations. Experience: 4+ years with a designer brand. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of driving sales and providing outstanding customer service. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, staff management, inventory control, and customer relations. Additionally, the Store Manager will work closely with the back-end operations team to ensure seamless coordination between front-end and back-end processes. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, professionalism, and growth. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize store profitability and achieve business objectives. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation to enhance the overall customer experience. Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock replenishment to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts. Coordinate with the back-end operations team to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and efficient handling of shipments and returns. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a high-end fashion environment. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
