Comaea Consulting has been retained exclusively for a new opportunity with a MNC in the shipping industry.
IT Support Analyst (Based in Gurgaon)
ORGANIZATION : Reporting to the IT Manager in India, you will be part of the core IT team which will be responsible to address the IT service requests, challenges, and system-related issues of the employees in Delhi, India, and global offices in the region.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all communication between the IT team, internal customers, and stakeholders to provide issue resolution in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all service requests and incident reports are received, logged, managed and resolved efficiently.
- Identify repetitive bugs, issues, incidents and proactively come up with preventive measures.
- Timely MIS and reporting of all service request tickets, status, escalation and feedback.
- Keep track of the health of IT assets in the company and recommend renewal, upgrades, new procurement and disposal.
- Work with members in the IT team to exchange latest industry best practices and knowledge to provide quick and effective resolution to customers.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT field.
- More than 5 years’ experience in IT operations and infrastructure support for Desktop and Laptop on different operating systems (Windows and Mac).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in successfully managing service desks, incidents and IT assets in a fast-paced work environment.
- You have good experience and working knowledge in the following technologies :
- Microsoft 365 administration specifically with Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Exchange.
- Meraki/CISCO or similar firewalls.
- IT Asset management tools like Desktop Central or similar.
- Audio and video conferencing troubleshooting and support.
