Job description
Job Title: Sales Consultant - Automobile Dealership ( Female candidate)
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership and ascertain their vehicle needs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the customer's preferences, budget, and desired features.
- Showcase vehicles in the showroom and on the lot, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, specifications, financing options, and incentives.
- Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and features.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by recommending suitable models based on their preferences and needs.
- Negotiate sales prices and terms, including trade-in allowances and financing options, to close deals effectively.
- Work closely with the sales manager to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest automotive trends, technologies, and products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Adhere to dealership policies and procedures, including compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of automotive products, features, and specifications.
- Familiarity with financing options, including leasing and loans.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive technology is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
