The successful candidate will complement a team of developers working on our cross-platform configuration, monitoring, and management tools for PostgreSQL and EDB Postgres. They will work with other developers, architects and the Product Management team to implement & improve the UI using React and other related frameworks and libraries.
It is important for the candidate to have the ability to work through problems, propose and explain solutions with pros/cons and make decisions on time. The successful candidate will be expected to work in tight deadlines, and have ability to code quickly and cleanly.
What You Will Bring - 3+ years experience developing interactive websites or web applications using React or a similar framework.
- A good experience of REST API, Javascript
- Experience working directly with enterprise-class relational databases such as Postgres, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Experience developing automated tests to ensure code quality.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong team player.
- Aptitude for learning new subjects and mastering them.
What Will Give You An Edge - Development experience with database stored procedures/functions.
- Experience optimizing the performance of database applications.
- Experience in development using Python
