Job Purpose:

To drive brand growth, market share, and revenue across all digital channels.

Job Context:

Linen Club is India 's number Linen fabrics and apparels brand with its presence in 200 EBOs and 8000 MBO outlets across the country. The brand is present in online space with its D2C channel Linenclub.com & across all leading marketplaces. We are seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to drive all digital initiatives covering social media, digital brand building initiatives & managing the ecosystem of digital sales with data driven business efficiency to grow the business as well create a string digital presence from brand point of view in line with latest trends in the category

Digital Strategy

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategyencompassing SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising to achieve business objectives.
  2. Establish clear KPIs and reporting structures to measure digital marketing performance and impact.
  3. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies,recommending and implementing innovative solutions to stay ahead of the curve.

Digital marketing and acquisition:

  • Social Media Management:

  1. Foster a strong brand presence across key social media platforms,driving engagement and community growth.
  2. Develop and implement data-driven content strategies that resonate with target audiences and achieve specific objectives.
  3. Influencer marketing initiatives and leverage social media insights to inform broader marketing strategies.
  4. Setting the base for engagement & reach benchmarks, ORM, tools to measure social media success.

  • Website Management:

  1. Oversee the technical and strategic aspects of the company website,ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal performance.
  2. Collaborate with web developers to implement SEO and CRO best practices,driving organic traffic and conversion rates.
  3. Continuously analyse website data and recommend improvements to enhance user journeys, engagement, and conversion.
