Role and Responsibilities:

As a Video Editor at Better Insights, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging video content for various platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

• Editing and assembling recorded footage into high-quality videos for different purposes, including but not limited to YouTube, social media, website, and presentations.
• Trimming footage segments and putting together the sequence of the video.
• Implementing creative video effects, transitions, graphics, and animations to enhance storytelling.
• Selecting and integrating suitable music, sound effects, and voiceovers.
• Collaborating closely with the content team to understand project objectives and creative vision.
• Adhering to project timelines and delivering completed videos on schedule.
• Ensuring the final output aligns with the brand's style, tone, and messaging.
• Creating attention-grabbing thumbnails and cover images for videos.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and editing techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of video production techniques, including colour grading, audio editing, and visual effects.
• Strong sense of storytelling and a creative eye for visuals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing skills and creativity.

Salary Range: 8k - 20k
