Job description

Position: Field-Sales Field Executive

As a Field-Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the business growth of our company. We're a thriving business that operates multiple gyms in different locations. Your main role in this project would be to drive presales and encourage people to purchase our highly sought-after "Cult Pass". You will be responsible for generating leads, approaching potential customers, and converting them into loyal members of cult.fit.

Key roles and responsibilities -

1. Driving end to end sale at assigned gym

2. Undertaking hyperlocal marketing activities like flyer distribution , kiosk set up in market places & high footfall areas

3. Outbound calling to leads and prospects wanting to join the gym

4. Connecting and building fruitful relationships with the clients and getting referrals.

This role will have both fixed + variable incentive + travel allowance

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Comfortable with traveling and field work

4. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

5. Self-motivated with a positive attitude

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle
