Shaurrya Teleservices Pvt Ltd (STPL), a Mumbai-based independent host and established company engaged in the business of providing telecom infrastructure services like microsite, in-building solutions (IBS), small cell site infrastructure solutions, optical fiber etc. To the cellular mobile telephony operators (Airtel, RJIO, and Vodafone) and other licensed telecom operators in India. STPL is registered with the Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications, Government of India as Infrastructure Provider Category-I (IP-I) and is involved in the operation and maintenance of telecom infrastructure assets as well as the provision of related services to telecommunications operators in India. The company is creating the next generation of shared and modular data delivery for 4G and 5G LTE infrastructure technology, as well as upcoming carrier Wi-Fi and FTTH offerings from operators. The company management includes well-known leaders from the telecom domain with experience across top-tier operators, advisory firms, and high-growth start-ups.
The Role You Will Be Responsible For - Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting.
- Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
- Overseeing monthly closing and managing monthly reporting & analysis.
- Consolidation of group entities.
- Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements.
- Liaising with internal and external auditors.
- Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury related activities.
- Evaluating and executing M&A and other investment opportunities.
- Analysing valuation and returns.
- Oversight of transaction due diligence.
- Negotiation of transaction documentation including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents.
- Deal structuring and other transaction related matters.
- Liaising with business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals.
- Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements.
- Keeping abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth.
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.
Ideal Profile - You have at least 5 years experience within a Corporate Finance / Strategy or Finance Manager role, ideally within the Telecommunications industry.
