ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender Prepare & process subcontractor bills To take the measurement from the site engineer To get work done as per the protocol of the company To follow up on the accounts department for payment Review the quantities item listed Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors Checking measurements Bill certification Should be good in MS Excel and MS word Preparing reconciliation statements Coordination with own team to ensure smooth execution and handover of detailed information. Prepare Preliminary Estimates at proposal stages. Prepare Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pre-tender estimates. Compile Tender Documents based on the requirements of the project. Pre-qualification of Vendors. Prepare detailed Comparative Statements. Inspection and Verification of Works Measurements Qualifications And Education Requirements Any Bachelors degree (Information technology, bachelor's in engineering or networking knowledge is preferred). Skills Required High attention to detail and ability to multitask priorities with tight deadlines Ability to gather information and build reports that clearly state results and make recommendations for improvements. Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional settings Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must know Estimation & Costing Experience Requirements 2-4 years of experience as Billing Executive with Networking product knowledge. Knowledge of networking products is preferable.Job tags
