Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role, which include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions. Other responsibilities include making hiring recommendations, tracking candidate progress, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications :
Experience in recruiting and conducting interviews
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Writing and posting job openings
Finding and contacting potential job candidates
Source candidates using various job portals, and social media
Take interview on call or online via google meet, zoom etcÂ
Setting up interviews between candidates and employers
Ensure all screening, Shortlisting, hiring, and selection is done
Revenue generations and completing targets
Experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree.or 12th
