Job description

Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth research to identify target audiences and develop buyer personas. - Create and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising. - Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to maximize lead acquisition while staying within budget. - Develop and nurture leads through email sequences and other engagement strategies. - Qualify leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives. - Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in lead generation. - Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications: - Experience in lead generation, preferably in the financial services or B2B sector. - Proven track record of success in generating high-quality leads. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in CRM software and marketing automation tools. - Knowledge of the broking market and financial services industry a plus.
