Role and responsibilities
- Monthly End Closing Cycle Run related to Production order closing and Process order closing, WIP Cycle run,Production order Variance calculation run & settlement of Production order
- Actual & Full Settlement of entries posted on WBS /Project, Internal orders link to Investment & Analysis
- Monthly Manufacturing Unit/Business unit cycle run to reallocation of cost to the respective cost center and reconciliation
- WIP Mold Analysis and follow to ensure for final customer Invoice
- Gross Margin Analysis in details with BD related to QC as well as Clips
- Responsible for Investment vs Actual capitalization and ensure to reduction in CWIP
- Trial balance review for FAR as well Inventory prepare detail report on Fixed Assets and Inventory. Also complete the Reconciliation in between Reports with Trial balance
- Monthly review of Cost Center Account and prepare Department wise report and get it reviewed with concern HOD. Make sure no major deviation in Actual expenses than Budget
- Assistance to Lead Budget and controlling in monthly reporting preparation and ensure for timely submission of data
Education and experience
Qualification - ICWA
Experience - 2 to 4 Years
