Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for an IT Counselor. The IT Counselor will help clients in determining their technical needs and issues and provide them with appropriate guidance, solutions, and support to resolve them. The IT Counselor will also interact with clients over the phone or email to provide customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of various computer systems and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience in software development, IT support, or a related field
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in customer service or counseling would be a plus

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to prioritize and manage their workload effectively.
