Role Expectations

Conceptualisation and Planning:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize photoshoot themes and concepts.
  • Develop mood boards, storyboards, and shot lists to aid the creative direction.

Styling

  • Curate and select accessories and props to enhance the overall visual appeal of the photoshoot.
  • Come up with original and unique compositions for products.
  • Ensure that the styling elements align with brand guidelines and current industry trends.
  • Adhere to best practices for creative shoots and e-commerce shoots.

Coordination And Logistics

  • Organize and coordinate all aspects of the photoshoot, including scheduling, locations, (models, hair and makeup artists) and photographers.
  • Manage logistics to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of the photoshoot.

On-Set Direction

  • Provide creative direction to the photography team, models, and other contributors on set.
  • Ensure that the creative vision is executed effectively to produce high-quality, on-brand visuals.

Design Collaterals

  • Understand the marketing objective for any project, and help crack aesthetic layouts.
  • Work closely with post-production teams, communicating specific graphic design requirements for image enhancement, retouching, etc.

Quality Control

  • Review and approve final images, ensuring they meet the brand's standards and guidelines.
  • Work closely with post-production teams to enhance and retouch images as needed.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage budgets for each photoshoot in coordination with the Manager, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.

Market Research

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creative techniques.
  • Incorporate relevant trends into the brand's visual content to maintain a fresh and contemporary image.
