Job description
You will be responsible for using data, intellectual curiosity, instincts, passion, experience, and experimentation to constantly improve online experiences and program performance to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze business performance, customer behaviour on trading platform, website, social media, and paid campaign activity for thought leadership, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
Visually and verbally interpret findings and recommendations to team and senior leaders for ongoing program optimization, weekly reporting, quarterly budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
Implement data-driven and creative recommendations via sales efforts optimization, ongoing refinement of paid marketing tactics and strategic planning to improve business performance
Work with sales and product teams team on ongoing site enhancements to stay current, deliver the best possible user experience, and maximize value.
Candidate Requirement
Bachelors or Master s degree.
4-7 years experience working with data in online environments (i.e. content marketing data, user behaviour web traffic, social media traffic data, paid amplification data, online advertising, digital marketing data, etc.)
Requires extremely advances excel skills (macros, v- lookups, concatenations, more advanced functions and formulas).
Also knowledge on Google Analytics, Google Adwords dashboard, all other web and digital media data analytics data sources, and familiarity with APIs etc. is preferable.
Additionally, understanding and experience on other visualisation tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, will be useful
