Job description
About the job :4-7 years of overall professional experience. Must have good experience working in the implementation of projects with complex system architectures in the Endur.Experience of at least 1-2 'live' Endur project with hands-on experience in OpenJVS or Open ComponentsAbility to write plug-ins for extracting data from database, custom simulations, operations scripts, nomination update, accounting rules etc.Experience in writing queries involving multiple tables, self joins, inner and outer joins, inner queries, group by functions etc.Understand and use OO design principles to create modular, extensible, and reusable code. Fair understanding of ETRM/CTRM domain with experience in at least one asset classes e.g. Power, Natural Gas, LNG, crude and products etc.Has understanding of the data model of Endur and is aware of key tables and the columns.Should be clear about configurations needed to support front, mid and back-office processes.Key Responsibilities : Requirements gathering, technical analysis, technical design, end to end configuration of product set up in Endur. Adept in handling business changes and managing client expectations.Provide comprehensive document of changes, coordinate user testing, user training. Technical Experience: Experience and understanding of Agile and waterfall delivery methodology.Experience on Endur, OC Java and Net 3 Should have experience in managing an end-to-end delivery of a module.Experience with customization and support of OpenLink Endur products (incl. cMotion, pMotion or gMotion) or similar / competing solutions packages.Technical expertise in areas like AVS, Connex Frameworks (including exposure to OpenLinks Java Framework and TIBCO integration), VB toolkit, JVS, Open Components, Product configuration expertise (applicable to Power, Gas, Oil, Coal, Emissions etc.) in exchange products (futures and options), OTC products like swaps, swaptions, or forwards.Strong understanding of one RDBMS (Oracle / SQL Server/ Sybase).Good understanding of the full software development life cycle Strong functional understanding of Gas, power, coal, emissions/renewables trading Should have deep experience in latest Endur version with setup experience on all key modules Endur, ETRM/CTRM strong programming skills, good software engineering skillsetProfessional Attributes : Candidate must be able to work in small teams, or alone, for project delivery.Candidate should be able to exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to deliver high quality solutions to clients.
